- Review and retrieving references from OA of counterpart application(s)
- Compare with USPTO and identify the newly cited reference(s)
- Prepare SB/08a form (IDS form)
- Collect the PDF copies of FP & NPL reference(s)
2. Docking (I have working experience in Anaqua, FIP, Patricia, IPManager, Diams iQ)
3. Proofreading
4. Office Action shell responses
5. Post Allowance review package
6. All other administrative tasks
